Poojyaya Group, founded by Mr. Raghavendra Reddy, has been a trusted name for nearly two decades in security and manpower solutions. With a strong workforce of 7000+ employees and operations across Karnataka and beyond,the Group operates through two key divisions:
Poojyaya Security Services – Specializing in government, institutional, and public sector security with a turnover of over ₹150 crore.
Poojyaya Security & Manpower Services Pvt Ltd – Focused on providing skilled and unskilled manpower solutions to corporates and private organizations.
Headquartered in Karnataka, we proudly serve clients across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and other regions, making us a key player in the industry.
The firm is registered with all statutory government bodies like Labour License, ESI, EPF, ST/GST, PT, LWF, IT, NSIC, MSME and doing business in accordance with all applicable rules. The firm has obtained Police license for all over state of Karnataka and as mandated in Karnataka PSAR rules 2008. At present we are providing security services to around 100+ clients which includes Central government, State Government, PSUs, Financial sector and private sector units. We have followed the policy of zero tolerance for lapses in duties by our employees and all the employees (Security guards and security supervisors) are provided adequate training by our veteran IAF/Police, Karnataka Police and Security Sector Skill Development Council (SSSDC) trained staff under the aegis of NSDC.
Since inception to till date, we have got various certifications like FSAI, MSME and NSIC. A number of clients have projected their happiness on successful completion of services and no contract has ever been terminated.

Mrs. Sheshikala, the First Lady of Poojyaya Group of Companies and the better half of Mr. Raghavendra Reddy, Chairman of the Group, stands as a true pillar of strength behind its success story. From the very beginning, she has been a constant source of support and motivation, walking alongside Mr. Reddy through every challenge and milestone.
In 2005, when Mr. Raghavendra Reddy laid the foundation of Poojyaya Security Services, Mrs. Sheshikala joined as Joint Partner, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth. Later, in 2015, with the establishment of Poojyaya Security and Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd., she continued her leadership journey as Director, contributing to the Group’s steady expansion.
